Market researches
While sector-studies give a clear view of the trends and developments in a certain field of activity, the Chamber may also conduct market researches in Brazil or in the Netherlands that indicate the possibilities of sales of a specific product or service, added with advice on how to proceed and indicating instruments that may be used.
Usually, the Chamber contracts specialists and / or end-year academic trainees from relevant specialization, while conducting and coordinating the process.
Investigative trade-fair visits
Chamber staff may visit a trade-fair on your behalf in the Netherlands or in Brazil, and forward a report as to the products and / or exhibitors located according your instructions.
Pro-active approach of prospective clients, inter-mediation, promotional campaigns
The Chamber may contact potential clients with brochures of your company at trade-fairs, by means of visits, or direct-mailings with telephone follow-up, both in Brazil and in the Netherlands. This is not a sales-activity, but an inquiry into who could possibly be interested in the products or services from your company, providing valuable input for your marketing department.

You may save a lot of time and money by having the Chamber prepare and coordinate your working visit to the Netherlands or to Brazil. This may include, according to your requirements:
Identification of the right prospect-companies and the responsible executives
Making appointments in efficient chronological and geographical order

Arrange for a car and driver
Arrange for Chamber staff escorting, if so desired

Help with the recruitment and pre-selection of staff
The Chamber disposes of a data-base with resumes from professionals who have a special relation to the link between the Netherlands and Brazil. Apart from that, the Chamber will indicate several executive-search service providers as it has among its members. If you prefer, the Chamber also be of help with general advice about the labor-relationships in Brazil and /or the Netherlands, the composition of staff, conduct recruitment activities on your behalf and set-up preliminary selection-sessions for your company.
Desk-function representing companies or entities towards information-seeking parties
The Chamber may function as a foot-hold for your company in Brazil or in the Netherlands. It may do so by stocking brochures or other material from your company, act as the “for more information contact...” party, and forward you listings of enquiries received.
Pro-active representation of companies or entities through specific dedicated staff
The Chamber may represent your company or organization in a pro-active way through specific dedicated part-time or full-time staff, both in Brazil and in the Netherlands.
The issuing of specific certificates
Declarations as to social obligations, end-user certificates, declarations of origin and similar may all be provided and / or authenticated by our Chamber. They will quote “according to the documents received”, or “as verified by our staff” according to the case.
Arbitration in disputes over trade or partnerships
The Chamber may analyze documents and copies of correspondence from Dutch and Brazilian parties that have a dispute between them, and give a neutral opinion, with or without suggestions. This service is not legally binding. Costs are equally divided between parties after their previous consent. Parties may also indicate this service of the Dutch-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in contracts as previously agreed service as attempt to avoid legal disputes in case of disagreements.
