MEMBERSHIP/CONTRIBUTION BRAZIL
Acceptance:
Acceptance of membership is subject to the approval by the Board of Directors.
Membership is focussed on companies, rather than physical persons. For the latter, individual membership may be excepted in special cases.
Non-payment of the membership dues results in automatic canceling.
There are two categories of members, being
“regular” members and
“sustaining” members.
The up-grade from regular member to sustaining member is voluntary.
Yearly membership fees are calculated as follows:
Membership fees:

Membership fees depend on the number of employees in a global count
under the same company identification, and may be paid for in Brazil, in
the Netherlands, or in both following a split as applied for.
·
New
coming members pay their first year of contribution upfront, maintenance
contributions are thereafter charged by the quarter.
·
Non payment of membership contributions results
in automatic cancelling of membership.

Membership payment scheme:
· New members will be invoiced for one full year of membership, and considered members after such payment.
· Maintenance of membership will be realized by installments per quarter year, at the start of each trimester.
· For existing members, this scheme and contribution level was implemented as from the month of April 2004.
