TRADE FAIR PARTICIPATION

One of the activities of the Dutch Brazilian Chamber of Commerce is the coordination of individual or collective participation at trade fairs in Brazil or in the Netherlands.

HOLLAND BUSINESS CENTER CONCEPT

For the participation at trade fairs in Brazil the Holland Business Center concept has been developed with possibilities for individual companies to participate. Basically the concept offers participants floor-space and services in a standard scheme, with room for individual whishes. A project that facilitates the participation at Brazilian trade fairs in which by joining forces the chances to gain a bigger impact and better exposure increase considerably. The total floor-space will be divided several units:

• A lounge for general use with bar and pantry
• Business units for the individual companies, equipped with table, chairs, reception desk and shelves
• Storage facilities

Within the Holland Business Center concept we offer you a number of services which together with the stand facilities determine the package price.

Additional services and individual whishes will be quoted and charged separately only after approval.

The services can be divided in 3 basic stages; pre- and post-fair and of course the period during the fair.

• Reservation of stand-location on the floor-plan/ contract
• Stand / Pavilion project
• Basic analytic sector-information
• Cashing of partial payments in exhibitor's currency
• Confirmation of contract and payments to the organizer
• Gathering of the correct data for the exhibitor's catalogue.
• Gathering of material/company profiles for free publicity and inclusion in the chambers website.
• Gathering of individual extra wishes for the stand, such as:
  
  Non-standard electricity / Extra-water point / Air-conditioning / Exhaust-system / Showcases / Video-equipment / Phone / Fax / Individual refrigerator/Other
  
• Gathering of individual wishes such as:
  
  Flight-reservations / Hotel-reservations / Transfers / Shipment of Samples, Catalogues and Demonstration materials / Interpreters - Hostesses / Uniforms for the latter / Extra Night-Guards / Invitations and eventual mailing thereof / Appointments at the fair or parallel to it / Translation of texts for the trade-fair catalogue / Advertisements in the Trade-fair Catalogue and in Technical Magazines / Press-releases / Parallel cocktails / Other

• Information of the trade-fair in English
• Badges for participants
• Assistance in case of shipment of material to Brazil
• Gathering of color-logo's for inclusion in stand project
• Contracting cleaning and security services
• Confirmation of the correct execution of the made arrangements

• During the fair chamber personnel will be present in the stand to help and offer assistance when needed.
• At the final day of the fair we assist with the coordination of eventual return shipments of material etc.
