Over 8 weeks, the Orange Academy delivers a mini MBA–style experience for top talents from Dutch companies in Brazil. Participants engage in interactive sessions with expert speakers, diving into key business topics. In addition, participants collaborate in small teams on a real-world Case Challenge, culminating in a final pitch to a professional jury and leading CEOs. The winning team will also win an exclusive discovery trip to the Netherlands.
