​The Orange Academy is a yearly training program for young professionals in Dutcham's member companies. 

 

With lectures and workshops focused on leadership, strategy, finance and communication, the Orange Academy has already impacted more than 100 young professionals since  2022.

The Case Challenge is always a highpoint of each edition, challenging participants to propose solutions to practical problems in real-life communities.
