Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage the BIM methodology at an organizational and multidisciplinary level
• Coordinate the development and application of BIM in projects
• Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) for each project
• Research and apply new technologies, software, and platforms to optimize processes
• Identify training needs and promote technical training sessions for the team
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring the delivery of highly complex projects
• Lead coordination and compatibility meetings related to BIM
• Implement and enhance project management methods, ensuring deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

• Experience in project development within multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in people management
• Advanced English proficiency
• Postgraduate degree or specialization in BIM
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
• Experience in developing and maintaining BEP and other BIM documents
• Knowledge of CDE and federated models
• Leadership in interdisciplinary and BIM coordination meetings
